Improve Online Engagement Using Images with Quotes

images with quotesOf all the content posted on Facebook and other social media channels, images with quotes get the most engagement.

Some images with quotes go viral, like the one about Mr. Rogers and Newtown. Other images with quotes stay closer to home, and may only get passed around among friends and family.

If part of your overall online strategy is to increase engagement with your friends, fans, and followers, one of the quickest ways to do that is by creating and then sharing branded images with quotes.

Images with Quotes Appeal to a Wide Audience

Let’s face it. A shot of inspiration or happiness in a busy or stressful day goes a long way. An image with a quote on it can bring light to someone’s day, as well as work toward branding you or your business. In the following video, I teach how to make simple images with quotes using free online tools.

Reference Sources for Your Images with Quotes

It’s important to always give credit where credit is due. The same goes for photos. And by all means, never use images or copy that isn’t royalty fee or part of the public domain! I see so many people violate these two simple (and easy to avoid) rules all the time on Facebook. Taking images from Google and using them as part of your online expansion strategy could come back to bite you as it did for the company in this story about Facebook shutting down a page for image use violation.

Better to be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to using images with quotes to build your brand and expand your online efforts.
