Plans vs Goals

I’ll admit I have confused these two things in the past.They aren’t the same thing.A goal is not a plan and a plan is not a goal but they are connected.A goal is a destination, like the Muse, a 5-star luxury hotel on the south of France.A plan is how you’re going to get to the Muse, like on a plane, a train, or a boat.Now that I understand the difference between the two, I make better decisions.I waste less time.I keep my big goal always in mind and stay flexible about the plan to get me there.
