Hi there,
I’m Mary Lou Kayser—your partner in dusting off your dreams, reprogramming your mind, and seizing control of your future in the digital age.
Today’s world isn’t just about technology; it’s about thinking differently. If you don’t program your own mind, the algorithm will do it for you.

Mary Lou Kayser, MAT
Committed to helping you discover what can be beyond what is right now
Over 30 years in corporate, educational, and entrepreneurial settings have taught me one clear truth: true success isn’t about rejecting AI or digital tools—it’s about mastering them without losing your authentic self. In an era where autonomy is the real currency, I’m here to help you break free from the four S’s that keep you stuck:
- Status Quo
- Same-old Same-old
- Safety
- Security

These aren’t signs of failure—they’re the traps that prevent you from unlocking your true potential. Together, we’ll challenge these limits, outthink the algorithm, and craft a life that’s entirely your own.

We All Have a Story.
Here's Mine in Three Acts.
Act I: East Coast Upbringing
I was born and raised 50 miles east of New York City in a small village on the north shore of Long Island. My parents were both educators who encouraged me and my brother to be ourselves, a tremendous gift by any standard. We spent our summers in Maine as a family, living in a tent on the shores of a lake. Through their example, I learned how to work hard, solve problems, think for myself, and appreciate eating all my meals outside no matter the weather. Their unconditional love and support continue to influence me today.

Act II: The Mountains Called
When I decided to attend college in the Pacific Northwest -- what seemed like a foreign country to my east coast friends and teachers -- I was channeling John Muir's famous quote: "The mountains are calling and I must go." A photo of Mount Rainier draped in alpine glow seduced me to leave all that was familiar and head west. Upon arrival, I felt a deep and immediate connection to place I hadn't experienced before. While I've been a happy resident of both Oregon and Washington for more than 30 years, I haven't forgotten my east coast roots and am proud to call myself "bi-coastal."
Act III: Coach. Speaker. Poet. Podcaster. Entrepreneur. Mom.
I've been fortunate to do work that matters most of my life including raising two incredible humans who are now productive, conscientious global citizens. From my days as a white water rafting guide on the Kenai River in Alaska to the years I devoted to public education to what I do today as a coach, speaker, and poet, how I've earned my living has reinforced my commitment to servant leadership. Titles have never been as important to me as the experiences I and the people I'm serving are having. No matter what I'm doing, I show up with an attitude of excellence, possibility, and fun.

Beyond the Digital Frontier

When I’m not challenging the status quo, you’ll find me exploring life with passion, whether I’m swimming, kayaking, savoring a great glass of wine, playing board games with my kids, hiking, cheering for the Oregon Ducks, traveling, writing, practicing yoga, capturing moments through photography, or even experimenting with AI.
Every experience fuels my creativity and deepens my commitment to help you design a life that’s as unique as you are.
