I'm excited to announce the recent publication of my latest book, The Far Unlit Unknown, through my independent imprint, Kingfisher Media Publishing. Now available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Powell's Books, and wherever books are sold, The Far Unlit Unknown is a fantastic addition to your personal library. It also makes a terrific gift.
Why This Book Matters
In this collection of poems, I explore four universal topics as a means of making sense of human experiences that challenge all of us: leaving, grieving, loving, and being. I divided the book into four sections named for each of these topics, respectively.
Early readers have said they enjoyed reading the entire collection from beginning to end as the poems tell a story when read this way.
Some readers have preferred reading one or two poems at a time, reflecting on the words and what they mean to them. There are many ways to approach this collection.
The value comes from what readers tell me this book has done for them. Consistently I hear how moved readers are by my ability to put into words thoughts they have about big ideas and difficult subjects, but don't know how to articulate those thoughts for themselves. They appreciate that someone can express what they think and feel.
This is the highest compliment I can receive as a writer and am grateful to every reader who finds solace, meaning, and inspiration in my poems.
Consider Featuring Me at Your Next Event
Poetry is ultimately meant to be heard. I am available to read from my book and discuss its universal relevance to your audience at your next corporate retreat, professional development training, or private event. Sometimes audiences simply want to feel something and be inspired by a living artist. I can provide that and make you look like a hero for doing so. Contact me here for more details.
