Like any other tool in a New Economy Entrepreneur’s toolbox, a blog serves an important purpose in our overall business game plan. Knowing how to maximize our blog’s usefulness only adds value to our bottom line and gets us better blogging results.

Because blogging is a big commitment, it only makes sense that bloggers would want to know about strategies for improving our overall blogging experience. Translation ===> We want to get more tangible results from our efforts: more traffic, more opt ins, more sales.

My friend and WordPress expert Kimberly Castleberry passed along a nifty little blogging tool that I wanted to share here. In PDF form, it can be easily downloaded to a computer and printed if desired. This document basically gives a blogger the ability to plan, record, and measure blogging efforts over the course of the coming year. Because we cannot improve upon what is not measured, using a tool such as this one can prove very beneficial for anyone looking to get more out of their blog in 2011.

It also features fun honorary days such as “March Forth Do Something Day” on March 11th and “Eat What You Want Day” on May 10th. I personally like these random “holidays” as they always bring a smile to my face. 🙂

This is a free tool and requires no opt in. Thank you, Kim!

I have already downloaded my copy and you can do the same here:

2011 Blogging Planner and Calendar

Tell me what you think of this tool and how you use it in the coming year. And be sure to pass this post along to your blogging colleagues if you think they would appreciate it!
