What makes the most successful people successful?
Is it graduating from a prestigious college or university?
Is it winning a reality TV show?
Is it crowdfunding a million dollars?
Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows, of course, that there is no magic bullet for achieving success or making someone successful. There is no one path all can walk.
It’s also not dependent upon smarts alone (the way some would have us believe) as much as it is on “a resiliency and a love of what you’re doing.”
Turns out, IQ has very little to do with how successful a person is.
This is not to suggest that a person can’t be smart AND successful, but more to point out that history has its fair share of “dumb” millionaires who

They may not have scored 1600 on their SATs, but if there was a test for determination, focus, and not caring what others think of them, they’d have come out on top.
But since the most successful people are so busy focusing on what matters to them anyway, scores of any kind mean absolutely nothing.
