For anyone reading this post who wants a blog, the general consensus among Internet Marketers is that WordPress is the way to go. Why? Because Google LOVES WordPress and in this Internet Marketing game we are playing, making Google happy is what it all comes down to. If Google does not like your site for whatever reason (and I could list a bunch here but I am not going to bog you down with techie jargon), you will have a very hard time attracting visitors (traffic) to your site. Without traffic, you basically have a ghost town of a website, tumble weeds and all!
